What’s the minimum order?+
Wash & Fold and Express start at 5 kg. Premium Garment Care starts at 3 kg. Exact minimums are shown at booking and can change as we refine pricing.
How long does a regular order take?+
Most Wash & Fold orders are returned within 48–72 hours after pickup, depending on load and slot. Express is prioritised for sooner turnaround.
Do I need to sort my clothes?+
We’ll handle standard sorting. Tell us about delicates, colours that bleed, or special detergent preferences in the booking form.
Can businesses subscribe?+
Yes. PGs, hostels, salons, gyms, cafes and small hotels can request business pricing from the Business page.
